Terms & Conditions

"Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions as updated from time to time.

"We / Us / Our" refers to Successa, a facilitation and organisation services provider based in Phitsanulok, Thailand.

"User / You" refers to any individual who accesses our website or participates in our sessions.

"Services" refers to the educational workshops and facilitation sessions offered by Successa, including the Family Business Succession Workshop, Legacy Conversation Facilitation and Estate Inventory Workshop.

"Session" means a single booked and confirmed instance of one of our Services.

"Content" means any material published on our website, including text, images and documentation templates.

By accessing our website or booking a session, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or engage our Services.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By proceeding, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Successa provides educational workshops and facilitation sessions focused on estate organisation, family legacy conversations and business succession planning. All sessions are informational and organisational in nature.

We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, medical advice or any regulated professional services. If you require such advice, you should engage an appropriately qualified professional.

Sessions are currently delivered in-person in Phitsanulok, Thailand or at agreed locations. Remote delivery may be available subject to individual arrangements.

You agree to use our website and Services for lawful purposes only. You must not use our website to transmit unsolicited communications, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or post content that is false, misleading or harmful.

When participating in a session, you agree to engage respectfully with our facilitators and other participants, to provide accurate information during the booking process and to attend at the agreed time and location.

All website content, session frameworks, documentation templates and methodologies developed by Successa are our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials provided during sessions for your personal purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission.

Session fees are published on our website in Thai Baht (฿). Payment terms are confirmed at booking. Fees are payable in advance of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to adjust session fees with reasonable notice.

Cancellation and refunds: Cancellations made more than 5 business days before the session date may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 5 business days of the session may forfeit the session fee, at our discretion. We will endeavour to accommodate rescheduling where possible.

Each session is delivered as described on our website at the time of booking. We reserve the right to adjust session content to suit the specific needs of participants, provided the core scope is maintained.

Session documentation (such as inventory templates or conversation records) is provided in digital or paper format at the conclusion of each session. Participants are responsible for the safe keeping and use of any documents provided.

We may reschedule a session with reasonable notice if circumstances require. We will offer an alternative date or a refund where rescheduling is not suitable.

Our website and Services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no representations about the fitness of our services for any particular purpose. Session outputs are educational and organisational tools only — their practical application is the responsibility of participants.

We do not represent that sessions will produce any particular legal, financial or family outcome. Families and individuals remain responsible for their own decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Successa's liability in connection with any session or use of our website is limited to the amount paid for the relevant session.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from participation in sessions or use of our website. This does not limit liability for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Either party may terminate a session booking in accordance with the cancellation provisions above. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a session if a participant behaves in a manner that is disruptive, abusive or inconsistent with the session's purpose.

Sections of this Agreement relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnification and dispute resolution survive termination.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation does not resolve the matter within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts in Phitsanulok Province.

Entire agreement: This Agreement constitutes the full agreement between you and Successa regarding our Services.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in future.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
